One of the best tools for creating interactive quizzes. Generate your own multiple choice or short answer quiz and have students take it from any electronic device that has internet access. Receive live results and download or have reports sent directly to your e-mail. Vizaroo This response system also allows students to respond using any device that has internet connection. What is unique about Vizaroo is that it generates a variety of graphic organizers based on the student responses. Infuse Learning Any device, any student, any time, this is what Infuse Learning hopes to accomplish by creating a virtual response platform for teachers and students to interact with the use of 21st century technology. Poll Everywhere Unlike the other polling systems this one uses text messaging to poll the students. This might be useful if students do not have smart phones and cannot access the internet, which is required by the other polling systems. Online Collaboration

Read Write Think Provides wonderful resources for teachers seeking to improve their students thinking and literacy skills. Access everything from lesson plans to interactive activities. Typing Club Is perfect for students learning to type. Set up a class that students can log onto and progress through 100 levels that teach them proper form to type. They can track their progress and compare their scores to other students in the class. Even better is you can create specific lessons for your subject area past he 100th level. Students use their skills to copy what your want them to write. Shmoop Their tag line is, "We speak student." Shmoop offers videos, test prep, college readiness, and so many other resources to spice up your students learning. A great tool for holding students accountable for their behavior in class. Create an online class and fill in the roster. Assign the positive behaviors you want your students to exhibit and the negative behaviors that are not acceptable in class. You can have classdojo open during class and assign or take away points for each student. The reports can be accessed later by the teacher, students, and parents. New Literacy

A knockoff of youtube, this site is dedicated specifically to educational visuals. It can be especially helpful as an alternative when schools block the youtube website. Word Press Is one of the better blogging sites out their. If you are looking to create a blog check out either WordPress or Google's Blogger and compare the two to see which fits you better. Evernote Allows you to capture anything (articles, photos, video, etc) you see on the internet and store it directly in one place. You can then access those resources from any device and easily sort through them to find what you need. Screen-O-Matic Enables you to capture what you are doing on the computer screen and at the same time what is shown on your webcam. This allows you to create videos for your students explaining how to do something on the internet. Tools for Review

This game can be downloaded to your computer and used on a Smart Board. This interactive game can make reviewing much more enjoyable for students. Blubbr Youtube videos can be great for review but are even better by turning them into video trivia with Blubbr. Presentationtube allows you to upload your powerpoint and record yourself going through each slides so students can view the presentation on their own. Problem-Attic Gives you all of the problems you need to ensure that your students are prepared for the state exams.
